Yes. We verify your insurance information is correct at each appointment.

Our providers are privileged at Jordan Valley Medical Center in West Jordan, Riverton Hospital in Riverton, and Lone Peak Hospital in Draper.

On the day of delivery, notify your hospital nurse who you have chosen as your child's pediatrician. During your child's hospital stay, the on-call pediatrician will attend and care for your child. After your child's hospital stay, call our office to follow up with your chosen pediatrician.

Yes. You are more than welcome to meet any of our providers. This is an excellent way to visit our clinic and meet your child's pediatrician prior to delivering your baby.

To transfer medical records, bring one form of state-issued identification to our office, and we will have you sign a release of medical information.
